This is when he knew he had to change his life. Since 2008, Kyle has lost more than 140 pounds and has engulfed himself in learning about nutrition and exercise.
Kyle started V2P to provide a solution and combat the perpetuation of misinformation about what is needed to truly reach your goals with nutrition and activity.
